PETG is an amorphous copolyester. In its production process, because a certain amount of ethylene glycol is replaced by 1, 4-cyclohexane dimethanol(CHDM), crystallization can be prevented, thereby improving the processing and manufacturing and transparency. Its products are highly transparent, excellent impact resistance, especially suitable for forming thick wall transparent products, its processing and molding performance is excellent, can be designed according to the designer's intention of any shape, may use traditional extrusion, injection molding, blow molding and blister molding methods, can be widely used in sheet, sheet, high-performance shrink film, bottle and profile and other markets. At the same time, the secondary processing performance is excellent, and it can be modified by conventional machining.

ADVANTAGE
1 Superior thermoforming properties PETG sheets are easy to produce complex shapes and large tensile products, and, unlike PC sheets and impact modified acrylics, this sheet does not need to be pre-dried before thermoforming. Compared with PC board or acrylic, its molding cycle is short, the temperature is low, and the yield is high. The extruded sheet of PETG sheet is usually 15 to 20 times stronger than general purpose acrylic and 5 to 10 times stronger than impact modified acrylic, and PETG sheet has enough endurance during processing, transportation and trial to help prevent cracking. 3 Weather resistance PETG panels provide excellent weather resistance. It can ensure the toughness of the product and prevent yellowing. It contains ultraviolet absorbers that can be co-extruded into a protective layer to protect the sheet from the harmful effects of ultraviolet light. 4 Processing simple PETG sheet can be crystal sawing, die-cutting, drilling, punching, cutting, riveting, milling and cold bending, without breaking. Slight surface scratches can be removed with a heat gun. Flux bonding is also a routine procedure. It is easier to process than general purpose acrylic, impact modified acrylic or PC sheet, and can be processed by flocking, electroplating, static electricity and other processing. 5 Environmental protection PETG board substrate are environmentally friendly materials, in line with food contact management requirements. 6 Economy It is cheaper than PC board and more durable than acrylic. 7 Excellent Chemical resistance PETG sheets can withstand a wide range of chemicals as well as common cleaning agents
